The location with direct bus access was convenient.
While the cleanliness of the room was commendable, I found it rather small and lacking in space. the noise from the nearby road occasionally disrupted my peace and made it hard to relax. Despite the lovely garden area, I felt it could have been better utilized for guest seating or leisure activities.

The room was spotless and included a fan, which was perfect for the warm weather. Breakfast offered a great variety, particularly the well-prepared Full English. I found the room somewhat small, and there was occasional noise from the nearby road that may disrupt light sleepers.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the nearby beaches and explored the local shops. The rooms were seriously comfy and well-equipped. The breakfast options were top-notch and definitely filled us up for the day. Helen and Paul are super helpful and provide great local tips.
One night, there was some road noise that made it a bit hard to sleep, but it wasn't too bad overall.

would love to go back.
Stayed in a Suite, super comfy with a flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom. The breakfast was incredible, loads of options! Helen and Paul are the best hosts, always helpful. Loved the location too, bus stop right outside. It was really clean, and I had a wine glass in my room!

The breakfast was exceptional (especially the full English! ), and the hosts couldn't have been friendlier. Location was great, just a short stroll to the harbour with a bus stop right outside for further exploration.
A bit of noise from the nearby road sometimes detracted from the ambience.
